Grace Church Clergy
Grace Church Rector
Stan McKinnon, our Rector, and his family started attending Grace in the Spring of 2000 just after moving to Siloam Springs to become the Chaplain at John Brown University. They soon found a home here and were confirmed into the Episcopal Church the following year. Stan had been a life-long United Methodist and was an ordained UM clergy, but the liturgy and the love of the people at Grace soon drew him to consider ordination in the Episcopal Church. He was ordained a priest on the feast of St Columba, June 9, 2007. Bishop Larry Benfield asked Stan to become priest-in-charge at Grace beginning in 2008. And as Stan says, "it has felt like Christmas morning ever since." Stan is married to Laurie and they have two adult children, Kati and Jackson, and a Boston Terrier named Luna nicknamed “lunatic.”
